Speed’s Auto Services began in 1958 as a Flying A service station in downtown Portland. In 1976 we moved to a modern, purpose built shop at SE 1st and Clay Street.

With over 50 years of experience, modern test and alignment equipment, ASE certified technicians, and a 2 year Parts and Labor warrantee, our customers have the highest level of confidence.

In 2007, we joined The Tire Factory organization, in order to provide our customers with competitive tire selections and pricing.

Our company is still owned by the Coe Family and sincerely appreciates every customer.

Everyone is looking for something that is different.   We all are looking for that little extra effort from businesses to prove that they deserve our hard earned money.  With everything being equal most of us wonder where that good old customer service went to.  We all are tired of the empty promise of “we value you as a customer” while we are on hold for 30 minutes.  If you truly value me as a customer, answer the phone, and don’ t ask me to input my account number only to have the customer service representative ask me for it when they finally get on the line.  We at Speed’s completely understand this frustration.  So we understand that customer service has lost it’s luster, and it is like a shower, it wears off.

We have been in business for over 50 years.  We remember what it was like when a service station was just that.  Our goal is to treat you better than you have every been treated before.  We are constantly training our people on what it means to treat the people that decided to honor us with their vehicle how to go the extra mile.

We have implemented a 5 star program.  We believe that we have some of the most talented people in the world.  These people want to serve you.  We help motivate them with incentives on serving you.  Each member has an opportunity to earn their 5 star rating by providing you the customer with extraordinary service.
